Our Mission

As part a community moving forward, our mission as board members (as well as neighbors and friends!) is to continuously improve the quality of life at GBCA. 

One of our many goals is to stay focused and on top of maintenance and improvements, thus providing an attractive, clean, safe and fun environment for all our community members and guests to enjoy. 

One of the key words is "community". Every member must take part in and responsibility for achieving this goal. Whether it be by picking up around the property (you never know what the wind blows in!), cutting back a bush or two, letting the board know about issues that need resolution, or supporting the board's decisions though positive and constructive feedback,  all unit owners need to be proactive and involved.

We live in a wonderful community and with open communication and everyone's support we can make it even better!
